Positive Photo Protective is a proprietary dispatch and routing system that allows us to maintain digital records of every pool we service and maintain. In these records the service technician will perform a checklist of services that are performed according to your service type. After the service technician has completed maintenance he uses the tablet to take a photo of the completed service. When the photo is taken it is time, date and gps stamped and a copy of this report is emailed to you.
This service is provided free of charge to all of our residential and commercial customers. This feature gives customers
confidence and peace of mind knowing when we were there and the state of their pool after service.
