Temple Terrace has a strong community recreation network, including neighborhood parks, swimming facilities, and other shared outdoor amenities. For privately managed community pools, keeping that amenity maintained means staying ahead of routine cleaning, water chemistry, and equipment needs.
Positive Pool Services provides commercial pool service for HOAs, apartment and condominium communities, hotels, resorts, and other shared-use properties.
Service starts at three visits per week, with the schedule and scope adjusted to the property’s pool, usage, and operational needs. Commercial customers receive service records and chemical logs documenting ongoing pool care.
