However, appointment times and service dates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing. Weather, emergencies, equipment delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may require us to reschedule a service appointment.

6. Fees and Payment
6.1 Service Fees
You agree to pay all fees associated with the Services requested or provided. Pricing may be established through an estimate, recurring service agreement, work order, invoice, or other written agreement.

Additional charges may apply for repairs, replacement parts, specialty chemicals, equipment, additional labor, or Services outside the original scope of work.

All payments are due according to the terms stated in the applicable invoice, estimate, or service agreement. Late or unpaid balances may result in additional fees, suspension of Services, or cancellation of future appointments where permitted by law.

Estimates are based on the information available at the time they are provided. If additional problems, damage, equipment issues, or necessary work are discovered during service, we may provide a revised estimate or request authorization before proceeding with additional work.

  • Notify us of gate codes, locked areas, pets, hazards, or other access considerations.
  • Maintain reasonably safe conditions around the pool and equipment area.
  • Inform us of known equipment problems, leaks, structural concerns, or unusual pool conditions.
  • Follow reasonable care or operating recommendations provided after service.
  • Maintain adequate water levels and utilities when necessary for proper pool equipment operation, unless otherwise agreed.

If we cannot safely or reasonably access the pool or equipment, the service visit may need to be rescheduled and additional charges may apply where permitted by the applicable service agreement.

8. Pool Conditions and Equipment
Pool water chemistry, cleanliness, and equipment performance may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather, storms, heavy pool usage, landscaping and debris, water quality, equipment age or condition, existing leaks, structural problems, power outages, improper equipment operation, or third-party repairs.

While we will use reasonable care in performing our Services, we cannot guarantee that a pool will remain free from debris, algae, chemical imbalances, equipment failures, or other issues between scheduled service visits.

9. Repairs and Replacement Parts
Repairs or equipment replacements outside the scope of routine maintenance may require separate approval.

We may recommend repairs or replacements when equipment is damaged, unsafe, inefficient, or no longer functioning properly. Clients are responsible for approving additional work before it is performed unless otherwise authorized under an existing service agreement. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
